Terroir | Brown schiste terrace. Micro-division of plots in order to select only the finest grenache noir vines on different “land side” and “sea side” terroirs, associated with a plot of syrah. |
Winemaking | Manual harvest and sorting by plot. Maceration for 3 weeks Mixed ageing (demi muids (600-litre oak barrels) and vats) for maximum respect of the aromas and profile of the wine, which should last 6 months. |
Food & Wine | Served at 16-18°C. Oriental and Mediterranean cuisine, osso-buco or lamb with thyme. |
